The hotel's location is very convenient. it is very safe too! i loved the room, particularly its size, its amenities, and the comfortable bed. housekeeping did a great job. I found them very attentive, and i especially liked that they always refreshed the toiletries.
The hotel seems to be penny-pinching. they need to monitor their quality standards better instead of relying on paying guests to point out issues to them! the bathroom scales in my room didn't work. They probably needed a new battery.

The location has a direct Rossy bus to the airport. A metro stop is nearby. Check-in was easy. The reception sent a bottle of champagne and macaroons to our room for our wedding anniversary! This gesture.
The windows were open, and i woke up to mosquito bites everywhere! it was beautiful outside, though.

Breakfast is in the beautiful Cafe de la Paix and included sweet and savory options. A chef prepared hot entrees made to order. The Opera metro station is steps from the hotel.

every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile.. the club room offered a peaceful atmosphere, stocked with diverse drinks and snacks, and the food presented at all meals was undeniably fresh and delicious. léa, the concierge, assisted with reservations at an exclusive venue, showcasing a willingness to accommodate every request. i felt a warmth that transformed my trip into something special.
despite clearly stating my vegetarian needs, my sandwich included chicken.. the staff attributed this error to the chef, i found the response unacceptable. it lacked awareness of the impact on those with dietary needs. the subsequent smaller portion size was also disappointing.

the location were great. the staff at the entrance are polite and willing to help. the room was comfy and artistically finished. a lack of usb point exist.
the reception need to improve. the receptionist give a lot of 'i think so', and 'should be'. the manager gave a bottle of champagne and a late checkout to make it up. the offerings in the lounge were above average.
